the period of weight training / resistance is the fastest way to burn fat. there really are none that are bst. functions just your whole body and not just parts of the couple. I say only need to slow the train atleast three times a weak. I do 6 days a week, but enjoy. You should also get thirty minutes of cardio a day. It does' the NT makes the t all at once. ! 5 pm in e 15 in yet even 30 minutes. rompalo up so if you need. Good luck

Spend the extra $ 20 to Amazon.com and get the body of Bowflex. Even if you don 't like the program presented in the book, you will get an abundance of great ideas.
