Is the resistance on the Bowflex power rods the same as the weight from free weights?
I 'the VE has heard that the voices that the amount of weight you can do on a Bowflex with the technology of power not of an equal amount of what you can do with the wights free. This is hard to describe, and probably harder to understand, so here is an example: If I can bench 210 on a Bowflex, I can bench 210 on a free weight bench normal? I don 't have access to all the free weights so I can' t test for me … so help please?

My understanding is that the resistance increased rods of power since bend more. Not initially the full weight. But since changed the position of using arm weights, the power of a lever changes affect some resistance, too. Just keeping that increases resistance 5-10% of the auction. Are getting stronger. Try to do the pushups with the various positions of arm and hand. The more you can do in all positions, the stronger you are.
