The Bowflex is crap if they think they can change the DDD. This is a process degenerante and can 't be repaired is with the tutorial. Symptoms may deminished with good exercise and keeping your weight down. The biggest cause of DDD is nicotine. Want to help your back, lose weight and stop smoking.
