You shouldn 't do whatever the type of weight training (or something similar) until you are at least 16.

I do not 'think that there is an age limit for use, you should just learn how to use it properly so that you don' hurt yourself t. Probably you have to be 18 to buy them anyway. (over the phone or online anyway).

There 's not a specific age you need just one up for use, but there is probably a preference about 12, 13.

I started at 17. Using the bowflex not? like using the normal weights. From my experience, an auction from 10 pounds on bowflex not? the same 10 pounds of dumbells on m? lto less. It 'different type of S.A. Resistance training well - pi? Gradica resistance training, not as streneous on muscles. Until that et? to use the bowflex
