How does the Bowflex Revolution supposedly double the resistance on the leg press excercise to 600 pounds ?

bowflex

It doesn 't feels like the 600 pounds of me. And I just can 't understand the doubles? It means that I have examined, I tried to calculate it out, I searched online. It just doesn 't feels like the 600 pounds of resistance, n? I can see how the doubles. Perhaps there? a certain natural that I do not understand. The only thing that I have given? if you press with a pin at a time, then you are 300 pounds by a pin that? "like" is doing 600 per half of both feet, what? perhaps that what Bowflex mean? (I'm not saying you can do this exercise with a pin or what? Properly. Do not go do this and say that you did based on what I said. You could do that damaged the leg press by only a foot in so as not you do it without consulting an expert in the first place. I'm just asking)   ? something that we can do to make his double resistance? There? ? The new Bowflex, it doesn 't use of bends, it uses the flat resistance spiraflex. provide full strength of the real world and linear / even resistance from all'estremit?, even without the quantity? motion of the building you with free weights (the effect of launching). Once again, I do not want someone to try a lame press is damaged, so I am fulfilling that. When I said doesn 't feels like the 600 pounds. What I meant was that feels like it? still 300 pounds. I don 't think that it really is double what it means and what? too much difference to represent it not? actual weight.

nothing wrong with a press equipped with legs leg just until the form is correct. resistance unused rarely transfers from machines in poundages into the environment. if you wan 't to raise "x" amount of weight then switch to free weights. The Bowflex is not designed for those interested to train for power
