How do you work out legs in a bowflex?

My brother has an address bowflex and only the upper body, to my sister and I want to solve the feet, but we have no idea how to make some suggestions. No, I don 't know where the manual is.

    I know that has an extention of the pin. Moreover un'arricciatura of knee tendon. I think those pi? New even have a link that you can position it Nestled on. I do not have one who has seen just about an infomercial
