How can a woman JUST tone with the bowflex?
I am a woman, 5 '3' 'about 110 pounds and want to change my body hue. I do not want to get bulky or really muscular, just enough to look long and lean. I bought a car similar to bowflex and I was wondering if anyone knows excersizes I can do it for my body type. Are really interested in solving the stomach, the tip and thighs.

Lots of repetitions at a low level of resistance. Select a level at which you can bend around 16-20 times and functions your way to do this 20-28 times before knocking your repetitions.
