I have an elliptical trainer / stepper and I expect to get something different. Usually use free weights - suggest a Bowflex anyway?

The Bowflex is a great machine for the average person. The problem is, most people who get the equipment home as a Bowflex or Soloflex uses only the first few weeks or whatever and then you just sit there taking space and the cost much money. So, if you believe that you 'll the most likely continue to use the machine based on normal and rather work-out in the country who go to a function, go for it. .

It depends on what your research. The free weights are obviously the best but I saw the arch bend work for some people. The problem with the decline dell'arco is that strength training is that doesn 'work for you as your muscles weights ago. It is much harder to obtain the "cut" on a deflection arc. Geral suggest using free weights as much as possible.
