Are there any weight systems other than bowflex that i can safely put on the second floor of my house?

bowflex

I have a pi? old home. The floors seem relatively calmly. I 'm the just amazed that the bowflex weighs close to 250 pounds, to add my structure 200lbs and I suddenly 450! at one point. Just curious to know whether there are other options for high quality. I 'VE seen some of the things that weight 75lbs, but most people consider them as part of crap. Thanks for the help.

everyone really need is a sphere of fitness, some dumbells and a system of TRX sold by. Most of my customers are there training in the country with just the couple of pairs of dumbells and a ball shape. / robertonlinetrainer
